At BasicBlock, we understand many of the challenges carriers face in the freight industry. Dealing with fraudulent rate confirmations can cause unnecessary stress and financial risks. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new service, Rate Con Review, to help carriers like you.
How it works:
1. Send your rate con to ratecon@basicblock.io.
Forwarding the email from the broker works best!
For a guaranteed same-day response, submit your rate con before 2 PM on any business day. Our team will promptly evaluate it, and get back to you. For submissions after 2 PM or on non-business days, expect a response on the next business day.
3. We’ll notify you of any suspicious info or, if everything looks good, create the load for you.
If there is anything suspcious, we’ll notify you right away. Otherwise, if everything checks out, we’ll get your load added to your loads list so it’s ready for you to submit later.
